Opened in 2025, the ALT Training Academy will revolutionize airport training by ensuring that every course is tailored to your specific operational needs for AGL Practitioners involved in AGL design, installation, maintenance and operational & regulatory functions.

Featuring on the job simulation tasks, interactive learning areas, and expert-led programs, this space is built to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness. Our Mission

Unlike generic training providers, we start with a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) before the course even begins. This means we assess your team’s current skill levels, identify gaps, and design a program that delivers exactly what they need – no wasted time, no unnecessary content.

The ICAO, Regional & National Authority Standards & Recommended Procedures define that for all personnel involved in operations, Airport Authorities SHALL provide training and documentary evidence that all personnel involved in operational tasks shall undergo Initial (eg. Foundation), Recurrent & Refresher training at periodical intervals to demonstrate their continued competence to perform the tasks expected of them including the addition of Continuation training when appropriate
